Your hotel will require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee each reservation, the hotel will charge individual guests’ credit cards for one-night deposits on the cutoff date: Friday, March 9, 2007. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotel will refund deposits if notice is received 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
The room rates listed are special rates for ICASSP 2007 participants. These rates do not include applicable sales/room tax, which is currently 11.42%.
Please be aware of the recently enacted Hawaii State Smoking Law. Due to this new law, smoking rooms are on request and subject to availability at check-in. In the event it is determined that the guest has smoked in a non-smoking room, there will be a cleaning fee of $200.00 USD assessed at checkout.
